We are two professional photographers based in Cyprus who can take pictures of your property that will showcase it to your clients. We use the very latest Nikon professional cameras and lenses to deliver you stunning pictures of the highest quality.
Pictures of your villa or apartment taken at night can be dramatic!
Our service comprises:
- One visit to your property to determine the best time of day to photograph it.
- A second visit in ideal weather and at the right time of day to take pictures of your property.
- Optionally a third visit at night – pictures taken in the hours of darkness can be especially dramatic.
- Optionally some ‘lifestyle’ pictures taken to help your clients visualise what it will be like having a holiday in your property. An example might be a table set for dinner outside.
Lifestyle pictures help people imagine themselves into your property. Show them what a great time they'll have!
Pictures are then delivered to you on a CD or DVD in two forms.
The first is as large, high-resolution files you could print. As we use the latest Nikon professional digital cameras these prints can be big. Imagine an A2 sized print of your villa to enjoy in the depths of the British winter. Alternatively, if you’re planning a brochure for your property these files would be ideal.
The second is as files to use on the Internet – sized to approximately 1,000 pixels on the longest side so you can feature stunning, large pictures of your property.
The service normally takes two weeks from your order to completion. If you need the pictures in a hurry, the Internet sized files can be emailed to you.
Inside and out, your villa or apartment will look stunning!
The service will deliver you quality photography of your property to enable you to compete in a competitive market and maximise your rental returns. It costs:
Basic Service – €200
- Two visits to your property as described above.
- Ten pictures covering both the exterior and interior (assuming you can enable access to the interior).
- At your choice the ten pictures can include some ‘lifestyle’ pictures.
- Pictures delivered to you in two sizes as described above.
Make your villa or apartment in Cyprus really stand out.
- Three visits to your property as described above to include some night shots.
- Twenty pictures covering both the exterior and interior (assuming you can enable access to the interior).
- At your choice, the twenty pictures can include some ‘lifestyle’ pictures.
- Pictures delivered to you in two sizes as described above.
The above pricing is for properties in Paphos District. Pricing for properties in Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia or Ayia Napa incur an additional travel cost – let us know where your property is so that we can let you know what this would be.
