Entries are already open for the event, which sits in the middle of this year’s MERC calendar.

After three rounds (Qatar, Kuwait and Jordan), Sheik Abdullah Al Qassimi of the UAE tops the leaderboard with 51 points, but Qatar’s Nasser Al-Attiyah is just a single point behind.

With a spectacular unbroken run of 8 victories at Cyprus MERC events, Al-Attiyah will enter the event on confident form, but he’ll face tough competition from a strong field of local and regional talent.

The event will be centred around Paphos’ attractive harbour, with its rich mix of historical attractions and many restaurants, bars and cafes.
