Cyprus in July
July is probably the hottest month of the year in Cyprus. Wall-to-wall sunshine is pretty much a certainty – though sometimes the high humidity does lead to mist on the coasts or cloud over the mountains.
This is a month to take it easy. Anything involving physical effort is very difficult – after 8am the temperature soars and it stays right up there until early evening. Even the sea is very warm to swim in. This is the month to get your tan firmly sorted!
Average temperatures during July are a maximum of 31 degrees Centigrade and a minimum of 22 degrees – though the humidity and dytime peak temperatures can feel much hotter.
Even the evenings are hot – to sleep you won’t be needing a duvet but you will be needing air conditioning.
Chill out, relax, enjoy the sunshine and a dip in the sea or a pool.
