Flights To Paphos – Now With Cyprus Airways
In this Blog we’ve previously stated we’re unaware of direct scheduled flights from the UK to Paphos. Our new discovery is that Cyprus Airways have added a Paphos stop to some of their flights from Larnaka to the UK.
This means you can now fly directly from Birmingham once a week to Paphos, and from London Stansted to Paphos twice a week.
We checked this out on our latest visit, flying from Birmingham to Paphos.
The timings aren’t ideal – the flight is scheduled to leave Birmingham at 22.50 on a Saturday, arriving at Paphos at 05.15 on Sunday. But when you live north of London and want to avoid the hassle that is Heathrow, that’s a small price to pay.
The service was excellent – and without all the chargeable add-ons the charter airlines try to hit you with.
Check in and reserve your seat on line? Free. In-flight drinks? Free. In-flight meals? Free. Headset to listen to the film? Free.
In comparison with our recent Monarch Flight wit all its chargeable add-ons, this represented terrific value. Highly recommended.
