Othello's Tavern in Kato Paphos - definitely worth a visit
At 9-11 Constantias Road, Kato Paphos – just a few metres from Bar Street, Othellos was a bit of a discovery.
Close enough to Bar Street for us to find it – far enough away for it to have to try that little bit harder to get customers.
We were taken by the Cypriot menu that included enough choices (including vegetarian) to satisfy a diverse range of tastes.
A warm Cypriot welcome and we were in. Service was efficient and friendly, and drinks arrived quickly. We chose salads – an Avocado Salad and a Village Salad. Both were a delight and included a range of ingredients to make them both interesting and tasty.
When the bill finally came we were delighted to see we’d eaten our two salads, has a carafe of wine and a bottle of Keo Beer for under €25 – good value considering the location, the service and the quality of the food.
Would we go back – certainly!
