Must or Must Not? The Must Cafe on Tombs of the Kings Road, Kato Paphos
On Tombs of the Kings Road in Kato Paphos, ‘Must’ is in the heart of the tourist area and clearly sets its sights on serving that market.
The welcome was friendly enough, but it took an age to get our late breakfast/lunch. Our choice wasn’t the healthiest in the world, but hey, we’re relaxing! A toasted cheese and tomato sandwich, a cheeseburger and chips, all washed down with a couple of cokes.
Our order was taken quickly enough, but it then took an age for the food to appear. The food was perfectly OK, tasted good and was nicely presented.
The bad news came at the end – a bill for €17.50 – about £14 at current exchange rates. If Paphos wants the tourists to stay away, at prices like that they’ll make sure it happens!
Would we go back? No.
